We are experiencing unprecedented, exponential change and most people in todays organizations are not change ready. Why do up to 70% of change initiatives fail? This is because we stop the change process too early. We think we have achieved results, but in reality, we have arrived at a ‘false peak’ and we don’t make systemic change. People in similar systems will exhibit similar behaviour. So if you don’t change the “system” then you won’t change the behaviour. Our Disruptive Change approach has 4 phases that lead to real, long-lasting change: Initiate, Plan, Execute, Stick.

Certification Levels
CERTIFICATION LEVELS:
There are 3 options for certification:
Basic Certification (Level 2)
- Candidates must achieve 100% for all quizzes and Tollgate Reviews
- Candidates are required to complete an online multiple choice exam with a pass mark of at least 80% for each phase
Standard Certification (Level 3)
- Candidates must achieve 100% for all quizzes and Tollgate Reviews
- Candidates must complete a Change Simulated Project
- Candidates are required to complete an online multiple choice exam with a pass mark of at least 80% for each phase
Advanced Certification (Level 4)
- Candidates must complete a Change Simulated Project (optional)
- Candidates must complete their own Change Project
- Candidates must achieve 100% for all quizzes and Tollgate Reviews
- Candidates are required to complete an online multiple choice exam with a pass mark of at least 80% for each phase
